Every Vita Herbs order is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee from the original purchase date. This applies whether you've used one pouch or all six. Empty or opened pouches qualify.
2. How to request a refund
- Step 1. Email support@getvitaherbs.com within 60 days of purchase with your order number.
- Step 2. Our team replies within 24 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address.
- Step 3. Ship your product (used or unused) to the address provided. Write the RA number on the package.
- Step 4. Once received, your refund is processed within 48 hours.
3. What you'll be refunded
You receive a refund for the full purchase price of the product. Original shipping is non-refundable. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account.
4. Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service to confirm delivery.
5. What qualifies as a return
- Unopened, sealed pouches
- Opened pouches, partially used
- Completely empty pouches
- Any combination from a single order
6. What is NOT eligible
- Requests made more than 60 days after purchase.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.).
- Original or return shipping costs.
7. Damaged or wrong items
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days at support@getvitaherbs.com with a photo. We'll ship a free replacement immediately.
8. Refund processing time
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 48 hours. Funds appear in your account within 3-10 business days depending on your bank.
